David Forkner

I am 22 years old and grew up in Franklin NC. I am currently attending school
at Appalachian State University and will graduate in May 08. I am also
getting married in May. I've worked at bike shops all my life, I hope
to stay in the bike industry after college.

Life goals include not getting fat, not getting old, not getting slow
and not getting dropped.

I've been racing bikes for 6 years or so. Race mostly as a 2 on the
road but also race cyclocross, cross country and marathon mountain
bike events.

I also like trail running,  backpacking and of course long walks on the beach.
